This site is operated by Maud LLC, doing business as Maud Systems, of 502 W 7th St, Ste 100, Erie, PA 16502.
It describes what we build and it lets you get in touch. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quote or a contract, and nothing on it is legal, financial or professional advice. Prices, timelines and anything else we discuss only become real once both sides have agreed them in writing.
Every page has an assistant you can open and talk to. It is there to answer questions about what we build and to take your details if you want us to call you. It is software, its answers can be wrong or out of date, and nothing it says is a quote, a commitment or advice. If something it tells you matters to your decision, ask us directly and we will confirm it in writing.
Anything you type into the form or the assistant stays yours. By sending it you are giving us permission to read it, reply to it and use it to work out and build what you asked for. Do not send anything you do not have the right to send, and do not send anything confidential that you would not want read by the people who work here.
The writing, design, images, code and name on this site belong to Maud LLC. You may read the site, link to it and quote a reasonable part of it with credit. You may not copy it wholesale, resell it, or pass it off as your own.
We can block anyone who does these things.
Where we link to somebody else, we are not responsible for what is on the other end of the link or for what they do with your information.
The website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be up, always be correct, or be free of faults, and we do not promise any particular result from anything you read here. This does not affect any promise we make to a customer in a signed agreement.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, arising from your use of this website. Where we are liable, our total liability connected to this website is limited to what you have paid us in the three months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid us anything. Some states do not allow these limits, and where that is the case they do not apply to you.
Tell us first. Email [email protected] and we will try to sort it out directly, because that is faster and cheaper for both of us. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and any dispute that cannot be settled between us belongs in the state or federal courts sitting in Erie County, Pennsylvania.
We can update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed, and the version on the site when you use it is the one that applies.
