MAUD SYSTEMS
What we build

What we build, and how
we work out what yours is.

There is no standard build and there is no list to choose from. We go through an ordinary week with you, find the parts that cost the most and can be handed over, and build those. It goes on top of the number, the website and the software you already have, and we run it.

Where it starts

We walk through a normal week
and point at the parts
worth handing over.

If a job happens roughly the same way every week, it can usually be handed over, and a customer does not have to be anywhere near it. The phone at nine at night. The pile of photos somebody has to sit and read. The twenty minutes a day spent copying one screen into another screen. The spreadsheet the whole place secretly runs on.

Most people come to us with a week, not with a system to buy. You describe what eats it. If it can be taken off your hands we show you what that would look like, and if it cannot we say so on the call.

A caller at nine at night gets a real conversation instead of a voicemail, and the job is booked before they hang up.
A missed call gets a text back inside a minute, so they stop calling the next name on the list.
The person reading your website at eleven at night gets an answer instead of a form.
Every email that lands gets read and sorted, and the easy ones get answered without you.
Photos and scans a customer sends come back as the rows or the file you actually needed.
Receipts and delivery notes come in as pictures and come out as the rows your bookkeeper asks for.
A long document comes back as the two lines in it that matter.
The quote a customer asked for at eight at night is in their inbox by ten past.
Follow ups go out on day three and day seven without anybody remembering to send them.
Quotes that went quiet get chased, and the ones worth ringing get put in front of you.
Your old customer list gets gone through and the ones worth a call get pulled out with the reason attached.
Service dates, renewals and warranties get watched, and the customer hears from you before they lapse.
Job sheets and invoices get written out of what somebody typed on site, the same day.
Notes from a meeting or a site visit come back written up, with who owes what by when.
The report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday morning builds itself overnight.
Staff clock in from the job on their phone, and the hours come out ready for payroll.
A new job gets written into the calendar, the sheet and the crew's phones at the same time.
Your price list changes in one place instead of in five places that disagree with each other.
Two systems that never talked to each other, made to talk, so nobody sits between two screens.
Stock gets counted and the order is sitting ready before you run out of anything.
Review requests go out the day after the work is done, every time, on their own.
The pictures you need for a listing, a menu or a post get made for you instead of hunted for.
The hour long job you still want to sign off yourself gets cut to ten minutes, and you still sign it off.
The spreadsheet the whole place secretly runs on, turned into something that cannot be broken.
Things people have brought us. Yours will be different, and the one specific to your business is usually the one worth the most.

You keep the same phone number, the same website address and the same people. We put something behind it that never goes home at five.

How far it goes

What it can take on,
past the obvious.

Work no customer ever sees A lot of it never touches a customer. It runs inside the business, on the jobs nobody outside it knows about.
Pictures as well as words Photos, scans and screenshots get read the way a person reads them, and images get made for you too.
Information that stays yours It is built to sit where you say it sits and go where you say it goes.
The parts you still sign off Those get cut down instead of handed over, so the hour it takes now takes ten minutes and you still sign it off.
The front of it

And the site everybody
judges you on first.

People decide what you cost in four seconds, before they have read a word. If the site in front of your business no longer matches what you charge, we rebuild it, and we make it do the work instead of sitting there: booking, ordering, enquiring and answering on the page. For anything not built yet we can show the room, the house or the finished job in 3D before it exists.

Bring us the part of the week that is specific to your business. That is the part we are good at.
